About Us

At Neeraj Bajpai & Associates, we are a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, planners, and engineers brought together by a shared curiosity for design and a desire to create meaningful spaces. Today, our team of around 40 professionals works across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects, across varied contexts and geographies in India.

For us, every project begins with understanding. We try to understand the people, the place, the aspirations, and the practical realities that shape a project before arriving at a design response. We continually question our own decisions, not simply in the pursuit of something different, but to ask whether what we are doing is necessary, relevant, and right for the project.

We believe good design comes from this process of questioning, exploring, and refining. Function, material, technology, and experience are not treated as separate considerations, but as parts of the same architectural thought. We are constantly looking for ways to innovate, whether through a new idea, a different way of using a material, a construction approach, or the meaningful integration of emerging technologies.
